A Cincinnati native and Xavier University graduate, Jennifer Concannon began her professional journey in financial services, holding key marketing and product management roles at US Bank, Provident Bank, GE Consumer Finance, and Fifth Third Bank. Her corporate experience sharpened her ability to analyze complex information and communicate it clearly—skills that would become invaluable in her next chapter.
Encouraged by her long-time friend and mentor Pam Ledden, Jennifer transitioned into Medicare advising more than 15 years ago. Pam recognized Jennifer’s compassion, patience, and exceptional listening skills—qualities that make her an ideal guide through the often overwhelming Medicare landscape.
As founder of the Concannon Agency, Jennifer has helped hundreds of individuals make informed decisions about their Medicare health insurance coverage. Her approach is personal, thorough, and centered on each client’s unique needs. In addition to Medicare, she also assists individuals under age 65 with Affordable Care Act (“Obamacare”) plans and offers guidance on dental, cancer, and other supplemental insurance products.
Jennifer has been married to her husband, Thomas, for 31 years, and together they’ve raised a family of wonderful adult children. She brings the same care, dedication, and warmth to her professional work that she values in her family life.
